1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the pk99 website or services — including sports betting, live casino, game lobby, bingo, and any related features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users, whether registered members or casual visitors browsing the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk99. 3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may only hold one registered account on pk99. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information during registration — including name, date of birth, phone number, or address — is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details, password, or account access with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account — including bets placed and withdrawals processed — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised it.

• Use a strong, unique password for your pk99 account.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out properly.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not transfer funds between accounts or accept transfers from other pk99 members.

pk99 is not liable for losses resulting from a member sharing their account credentials with a third party.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All transactions on pk99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page. Payment method availability may vary from time to time.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, but pk99 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page.

• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• pk99 may request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.
• Deposits made using a payment method may need to be withdrawn via the same method where technically possible.

pk99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside pk99's control.

5 Betting Rules & Settlements

All bets placed on pk99 — including sports betting, cricket markets, PSL fixtures, football, esports, and all other available markets — are subject to the specific rules for that sport or event, as well as the general betting rules outlined here.

Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the platform and a bet receipt is issued. pk99 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its discretion — for example, in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical issues.

• All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise specified.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to delay and may be voided if accepted after the relevant event has concluded.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's rules, which are available on the Betting page.
• The cash-out feature, where available, allows you to settle a bet before the event ends at a pk99-calculated value. This value may be lower than your potential winnings.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance following official settlement of the event.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout. Individual legs follow their respective sport rules.

pk99 takes the integrity of its markets seriously. Any evidence of match-fixing, use of prohibited software (bots, automated betting scripts), or collusion between members to gain unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pk99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, and PSL/cricket season specials. All bonuses are subject to specific terms at the time of the offer, which are communicated clearly when the promotion is active.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pk99 promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly for each bonus.
• Only bets placed with real-money funds contribute to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
• pk99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time or adjust its terms with notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• If you withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

7 Live Casino & Game Lobby Rules

The pk99 Live Casino and Game Lobby are governed by both these general Terms and Conditions and the specific rules of each individual game. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and should be reviewed before play begins.

All Live Casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and other card games streamed with real dealers — are operated in accordance with the rules of those games as presented by the game provider. pk99 is not responsible for dealer errors made by third-party game providers, though any verified errors will be escalated for review.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the bet will be settled according to the game's outcome at the time of disconnection. pk99 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Game malfunctions void all related bets and pays. Any technical faults will be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
• Slot and crash game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Results are final once displayed.

Playing in the Game Lobby or Live Casino is for entertainment purposes. pk99 does not guarantee any specific outcomes, and past results have no bearing on future game results.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

pk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of any of the following:

• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on the same platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment disputes, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Attempting to manipulate game or bet outcomes through any method.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in bad faith.
• Any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful towards pk99 staff or other members.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. You will be notified of the action taken and given an opportunity to appeal where applicable.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, data feeds, and game content — is the property of pk99 or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk99 platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of pk99's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

The pk99 name, logo, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of the platform. You are not permitted to use these marks in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit consent.

11 Privacy & Data Handling

By registering an account, you consent to pk99 collecting and processing your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, pk99 shall not be held liable for:
